By registering and purchasing this Workshop, I understand and agree to the Workshop Cancellation Policy

$20 Admin Service Fee in addition to cancellation fee scale below:

• 60 days or more prior to event date, $20 fee plus admin
• 59-30 days prior to event date, $50 fee plus admin
• 29-15 days prior to event date, $75 fee plus admin
• 14 days prior or less to event date, no refunds
• Sick Cancellations: Since the workshops are so small, any cancellations less than 14 days will be decided on a case-by-case basis by management and not guaranteed. If the spot can be filled and any refund is offered, a portion of the cost of workshop can be used for future services less a $30 fee.
