Description
Stretch, strengthen and mobilize your entire body specifically for Pole! Using mobility and dynamic stretching techniques, specifically those that combine corrective exercises, can help with injury prevention and increase joint range of motion for splits and backbends.
Length: 4 weeks
Prerequisites: All Levels
Bring: Yoga mat*
Open to Non-Members

Please bring comfortable yoga clothes and a water bottle.
To Get Into the Studio:
I. You can access the studio from the parking lot side of the building.
II. There will be a white doorbell/buzzer on the right-hand side of the door. Ring the buzzer ONCE. We will unlock the door for you remotely!
III. The studio is located down the stairs and to the right!
