Please bring comfortable clothes and a water bottle. Avoid putting lotion or hand cream on just before class, as this will affect your grip on the pole!

To Get Into the Studio:

I. You can access the studio from the parking lot side of the building.

II. There will be a white doorbell/buzzer on the right-hand side of the door. Ring the buzzer ONCE. We will unlock the door for you remotely!

III. The studio is located down the stairs and to the right!
