In this four-week series, we take a deeper dive into meditation, exploring not just the practice itself but the physical, mental, and energetic tools that support it.

Each week, we’ll focus on a different layer of meditation, giving you the time and space to develop a sustainable practice that works for you. From understanding different meditation techniques and philosophies to learning how asana (physical practice) can support stillness, this series will provide both practical application and deeper insight into the many ways meditation can be approached.

  • Meditation seats—how to find a comfortable position that supports stillness without strain.
