This semi-private small group single is exclusively available to the Tuesday at 6pm women during the special event. 

To ensure the safety of all participants and maintain a smooth flow in our studio, everyone attending must meet the following criteria:

1. Be injury-free.

2. Have a good understanding of equipment safety.

3. Be able to see and hear the instructor.

4. Get up and down from the floor and apparatus without hands-on assistance.

If you need accommodations for injuries, vision, hearing, speech, or mobility challenges (such as unstable balance or difficulty moving independently), please get in touch with the studio to discuss your needs before registering. We are happy to provide personalized instruction one-on-one during private Pilates sessions.

Please note that we cannot make significant adjustments for mobility limitations in semi-private lessons due to our studio setup.

You will need to fill out your intake form and waiver before arriving at your lesson.
