Join us for a cozy intimate morning of radical self-love. Through a total body reset of transformational Breathwork, a Detoxifying Sauna, and an invigorating Cold Plunge - you can really embody the definition of treating yourself this month.  There's no experience necessary to enjoy this 90 minute Earthly bound workshop. Together we'll enjoy 30 minutes of guided breathwork to boost our energy and create fresh oxygen to the brain, followed by a 10-15 minutes of a detoxifying sauna session to sweat away the unwanted toxins, lastly reducing inflammation from our systems with a refreshing 3 minute cold plunge. This is your chance to not only prioritize your well being, but to also meet other like-minded individuals that want to heal together.

As a guest of our studio, you will have access to our serene and well-equipped facilities, including 6 semi-private plunge tubs, a community sauna, our beautiful breathwork space and Red Light Therapy treatments (booking required).
