It is a self-paced, noncompetitive, graceful form of exercise appropriate for all levels of fitness. Learning to do the forms correctly builds bone density as it increases muscle strength, flexibility and overall coordination. Practicing Tai Chi contributes to better standing, walking, and seated postures. Practitioners realize benefits including improved balance and posture, stress relief and ease of movement in life's daily activities.

Sliding Fee:
$120.00 first 6 week series, $90.00 second series $75.00 third series, $60 fourth series and beyond.
Drop in price is $25.00 for a new student, $20 for students who have completed the 6 week series one time and $15 for students who have completed the 6 week series two or more times.
