Join Frankie for this special Tai Chi for the Holidays class for students who have completed at least one six week 24 Form Tai Chi series. In this class Frankie will concentrate on the second half of the 24 Tai Chi forms.
Tai Chi can perhaps best be thought of as a moving form of meditation.It is a self-paced, noncompetitive, graceful form of exercise appropriate for all levels of fitness. Learning to do the forms correctly builds bone density as it increases muscle strength, flexibility and overall coordination. Practicing Tai Chi contributes to better standing, walking, and seated postures. Practitioners realize benefits including improved balance and posture, stress relief and ease of movement in life's daily activities.
