7:30 PM: “Finding Balance and Setting Goals” - Christina Carrdellio - An Interactive talk on creating achievable wellness and life goals.
8:30 PM: Sound Bath Meditation Andrea Metcalf - A guided meditative session using sound therapy to relax and set the tone for the weekend.
