We’re so excited to offer this special yoga class just for you! This is a beginner-friendly session designed to help you unwind, recharge, and feel great—no prior experience needed.
Here’s what you need to know:
• Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled.
• Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in.
• Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
• If you have a yoga mat, please bring it. A limited number of mats will be available to borrow.
• Don’t forget to bring your school ID for check-in.
This class is a safe, welcoming space for everyone, and we can’t wait to see you on the mat!
