Join us on November 20th at 6PM for a relaxing Candlelight Yoga session led by Stephanie, an experienced yoga instructor and NICU RN with over a decade of service. Having earned her 200-hour yoga certification in Thailand, Stephanie blends evidence-based practices with her deep commitment to both nursing and yoga.

This peaceful class will not only help you unwind but also support a vital cause. All proceeds go to Operation Happy Nurse, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing free mental wellness resources to nurses. Our goal through this season of giving is to raise $40,000 to finalize our mobile app, which will make these resources even more accessible to the nursing community.

Your $18 ticket will provide the app to one nurse in the Operation Happy Nurse community, helping them easily access community and tools for mental health and well-being.
