We will cover fundamentals of defensive play for infielders and outfielders. Expect lots of repetitions and coaching to help build the fundamental skills to engrain good habits.

There will be a focus on footwork, glove positioning, body positioning, throwing posture, and so much more.

This will be run similar to high school and college drill work - lots of focus on basics, higher intesity, and a lot of repetitions!
