Join us for a heart-led sound immersion breathwork session designed to soothe your nervous system, reconnect you to your inner rhythm, and release what no longer serves.

This month’s Sunday Service offers a unique blend of somatic breathwork, sound healing, and intentional movement—curated to create a full-body reset and uplift your emotional and energetic state.

Unlike our regular Sound Immersion experiences, this special session begins with 10 minutes of gentle movement to awaken the body and prepare the system for deeper restoration. From there, we’ll transition into breath-led practices and a nourishing sound journey that supports regulation, renewal, and clarity.

Whether you’re feeling depleted, stuck, or simply ready to reconnect, this offering is a powerful invitation to come home to yourself—with presence, softness, and support.

Those who are have history of heart disease or heart health issues including high blood pressure, seizures, on meditation or have a history of psychiatric conditions, recent surgery, or pregnant, please reach out to us before or upon booking.
