A Masterclass in developing a healthy gait to run
and walk stronger than ever, and prevent or get out of
pain.
A 90 minute interactive workshop where you’ll learn
the foundations of running and walking for healthy joint function,
longevity, and power. A holistic approach integrating nervous
system function with skeletal alignment.
Learn the fundamentals of developing a
hip-extension based gait, to tap into your natural rhythm and
fluidity.
You’ll leave with tools to problem solve your own
movement around:
• Restoring healthy breathing and why it matters in
physiology
• How to use the hips to restore rotation in your
body
• Understanding neural tension, how it impacts
imbalances in the body, and how to relieve it
• How to move to create length and space in order
to let go of tension.
Expect a 60 minute presentation, followed by 30
minutes of gentle exercises in which we’ll be exploring and
experiencing the sensation of rhythm and fluidity in
movement.
