These 1-hour sessions are here to support your children to regulate their nervous systems and start to understand the power of their hearts to support healing and health.

Within these sessions we'll use music, estastic movement, basic breath work and meditation for kids, and mindful creativity to put your kids in the driver's seat of their minds, bodies, and hearts.

We'll teach them the science along the way so they can empower themselves to the knowledge they need to stay healthy, regulated and with more joy in their hearts.

Parents are welcome to stay and participate.

This program includes a rewards system. Each class that your child attends and shows their positive contribution, they receive a heart on their chart. Every 5 participation hearts that your child earns, they receive 3 special gem beads to make their own bracelet.



The instructor for this program is Loretta Cella, Owner and Founder of BreathWorks. Loretta has a background in child and youth counselling, youth leadership, and coaching. Having worked with thousands of children for over a decade across 14 countries, Loretta weaves in her past experiences and knowledge to support this program.

BWell Kids Club is for 5-8 year olds at this time.
