The Most Holistic Wellness Program You’ll Find – Starting January 14th (this is accessible online and in person)
So many women/men are in a place in their lives where they want change. ADHD, Anxiety, and Burnout are at an all time high and research consistently shows that the most effective support addresses the mind, body, and heart—offering a holistic path to managing symptoms and promoting lasting well-being.
This six-week program designed to nurture every part of you, providing tools that go beyond surface-level solutions.
In this series, you will:
- Engage in short, impactful educational teachings to deepen your understanding of symptoms and holistic healing.
- Join confidential, heart-centered conversations with peers who truly understand your experience.
- Experience yin yoga specifically tailored to calm and regulate ADHD/ Anxiety / Energy patterns.
- Participate in body therapy breathwork rooted in heart science to reset your nervous system and foster resilience.
- Receive one private Somatic Heart Imprint Therapy session with Loretta, guiding you toward personal breakthroughs and deeper healing.
By the end of this program, you’ll feel more grounded, clear, and connected—ready to navigate life with greater ease and confidence and with an empowered community around you.

Who This Program is For:
This program is designed for individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety,
difficulty focusing, or struggling to feel grounded and calm and
supportive for all women who are looking to create more healing and
health in every area of their lives.
Important Considerations:
Some elements of this program involve practices that may have
contraindications. If you have a history of:
- Heart disease
- Severe mental health conditions (including but not limited to psychosis, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder)
- Seizures
- Pregnancy
You are welcome to participate, but certain practices will need to be adapted to ensure your health and safety. Your well-being is my top priority.
