Utilizing a heart centered intention, we'll step into a powerful breathwork practice called HeartBreath. This special modality is a heart science based breathwork that will enhance your experience and provide you a transformational experience based on your intention.

We be using SoundOFF™ headsets for these experiences to enhance our individual experiences.

We use decolonize/ non appropriated practices at BreathWorks. We use teachings from those who shared cacao with us and infuse the powerful experience with our traditional practices to ensure a respectful and trauma-informed experience.
