In honor of Aries season, join us for an evening of going head first into inversions! Aries rules the head and the trick to going upside down is to reduce overanalyzing and just go for it. When we go upside down we remember what it's like to be a kid again by shifting our perspective, facing fears, having fun, and being excited about our lives.

 

Charlotte and Lauren will guide you the whole way to demonstrate how to safely enter and exit different types of inversions and give tips on how to incorporate them into your yoga practice. We will explore traditional headstand, tripod headstand, forearm stand, and handstand by using props, the wall, and hands-on assists. No experience necessary - just a willingness to learn and play! Our intention is that you leave with a refreshed feeling of energy, excitement, and confidence! Space is limited.
