On Winter Solstice Eve, yoga828, will host a Yin and Nidra Event, guided by Scott Temples.  Yin postrues will place the body for gentle opening and find a deep pause for relaxation and body connection.  Nidra Yoga Mediation  will set the mind for a dream like state.
