Join Cathy & Lisa in ceremony to celebrate the Change of the Season at Yogashala Wellness Centre. An evening of connection & nourishment for your mind body soul before the busy holiday season. 

 

Cathy will open our time together with Smudging, Sacred Pipe Ceremony, and Solstice Teachings to set the Intention for the Return of the Light. 

 

Lisa will guide a Chakra Meditation with gentle movements to activate the energy body, then offer a Magical Healing Sound & Gong Bath with Crystal & Tibetan bowls, Tuning Forks, Ocean Drum, and more. Cathy will join with her Drum, Crystal Pyramid, and Energy Healing for each attendee.

 

We will close with a Candlelight Ceremony, journaling & community connection. 

 

~ Cathy is an Indigenous Elder, Medicine Woman, Pipe Carrier, and Ritual Tools Artisan. Cathy has led hundreds of Sacred Sound Circles for over 30 years.~

 

~Lisa is a multidimensional Medicine Woman, assisting the healing of the human collective for over 25 years through Energy Medicine, Massage Therapy, Sound Healing, Yoga & more.~
