Please bring your blankets, pillows, eye masks, or anything you need to be comfortable as you lay and bathe in healing frequencies provided by sound bowls, gong, various drums, etc.  Sound baths have been found to have many health benefits including reducing stress, anxiety, depression, pain, etc.
