Join Sara & Brent Clover for a special 2 hour Valentine’s Day Partner Yoga experience designed to deepen your connection with your loved one!
 
This playful and nurturing session invites couples to explore trust, communication, and balance through a series of fun and accessible poses followed by deep relaxation together.
Whether you’re seasoned yogis or complete beginners, you’ll enjoy a blend of gentle stretches and partner connection poses that promote intimacy and relaxation. 
Experience the joy of movement together while cultivating mindfulness and enhancing your bond. 
 
What to Expect:
-Guided partner stretches to enhance flexibility and relieve tension
