As we prepare to welcome 2025, take a moment to pause, reflect, and step into the New Year with intention and clarity. Join us on December 30th at OLI Studio for our very Flow into 2025: An Intention Setting Ritual—a heartfelt experience to align your mind, body, and soul.

What to Expect

This special event creates a sacred space to focus on your dreams for the year ahead, let go of what no longer serves you, and chart a meaningful path forward.

We’ll begin with a guided journaling session to help you reflect and set purposeful intentions. Then, ease into a restorative yoga practice, followed by the soothing vibrations of a sound bath to ground and center you. To close, we’ll gather for a cacao and sharing circle, fostering connection and setting your intentions in a supportive community.

We’re so excited to share this special ritual with you! Let’s step into 2025 with intention and connection.

• Arrive early: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the session begins to settle in and create your personal space. This will allow you to fully relax and engage in the experience.
• Dress comfortably: Wear comfortable clothing for yoga and meditation. Bring layers to ensure you stay warm and cozy during the restorative practice and sound bath.
• Journal and pen provided: We will provide a journal and pen for the guided journaling session. This is an important part of setting your intentions for the year ahead.
• Mat and props: We will provide mats, blankets, and cushions for the session. Feel free to bring your own if preferred.
• Cacao: During the cacao and sharing circle, we’ll be enjoying a warm, ceremonial-grade cacao. If you have any dietary restrictions or preferences, please let us know in advance.
• Openness: This experience is designed to be reflective, nurturing, and uplifting. Come with an open heart, ready to embrace a sense of community and the possibilities of the new year.
