Completion Requirements

To successfully graduate and receive certification, trainees must fulfill the following:
Full Attendance – Participation in all scheduled lectures, practice teaching sessions, and class observations.
25hrs Personal Practice – Completion of a set number of Pilates classes to refine movement skills.
Coursework & Study – Submission of all required readings, written assignments, and assessments.
50hrs Practice Teaching Hours – Demonstrating the ability to lead and cue effectively through supervised practice.
Final Practical & Written Evaluation – A comprehensive assessment to ensure confidence and readiness to teach.
