Gym foundation training. Gym 101. Barbell basics.
No experience necessary. If you're new to the gym, you're in the right place! Courtney will take you through a variety of equipment use, teach the basics of safe equipment and gym use 101. Commit to yourself with 4 classes, once weekly for four weeks. You pay; you commit to all four, and our trainers do the rest for you. Just show up.
Great for brand newbies to seasoned pros getting to relearn their bodies after injuries, changes, etc. Get ready to learn the foundations, learn all the gym basics, and put it all together for a well-rounded, full-bodied workout.
