Come and explore a powerful and transformative movement theory that invites participants to connect with their bodies and explore their sensuality in a safe and supportive setting. This class will be 2 1/2 hours of grounding, self-love, movement, dance and connection. We emphasize movement for how it feels rather than for how it looks. There will be no mirrors!
