This is a 90-minute choreo class set to "Unholy” by Sam Smith & Kim Petras. Join me and explore your sensual side of lyra. This workshop will combine your lyra skills with floorwork and heels (not necessary, highly encouraged). This is a beginner friendly lyra class that will incorporate leg twirls, spins, and cannon. Heels are encouraged, as are knee pads.
