a 3 Part Journey of Connection...

Are you curious about how you can use your voice in your own healing journey? There's something really special and powerful about connecting with our own unique voice in a space with others connecting with their unique voice. Through this three week journey, you will learn several ways to use your most important instrument to deeply connect to ourselves and invite deep healing and a sense of peace. We will explore humming, vocal toning, mantra chanting, and simple medicine songs. We will discuss theories behind these concepts and explore each of these in depth.

This is an interactive course - no singing experience is necessary - all are welcome!

The studio provides bolsters, blankets, and blocks to create a comfrotable place to sit but please feel free to bring anything you may need so that you will be comfortable for the duration of the session.
