Join Jordan Lydia and Amanda for the Hot Hatha Advanced 84 —a powerful and expansive practice rooted in the original 84 postures of the Bishnu Ghosh lineage. We will been exploring deep backbends, leg-over-the-head postures, lotus variations, and inversions.
