Description

This soothing restorative 1.5 hour yoga class is designed specifically for skiers and snowboarders looking to release tension, reduce soreness, and restore balance during ski season. We'll work on opening up key muscle groups like the quadriceps, hamstrings, hip flexors, glutes, calves, and lower back—areas that often feel tight after sking and snowboarding. Through mindful poses and deep stretches, you’ll alleviate muscle stiffness, improve flexibility, and promote recovery. We’ll also incorporate shoulder and upper back stretches to release any tension from balancing and holding the poles, as well as wrist and forearm stretches to ease strain.

This restorative practice is perfect for anyone looking to speed up recovery, enhance mobility, and relax both body and mind after the physical demands of winter sports. Whether you're dealing with soreness or just want to keep your muscles in prime condition, this class will leave you feeling restored and rejuvenated.
