Reform & Ride is proud to offer Pilates Sports Center’s Pilates Teacher Training program. This is an internationally recognized program that provides the Classical, Contemporary & Fitness approaches to Pilates. This comprehensive program covers:

• Mat, Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Chair & Barrels
• Anatomy & Physiology
• Pilates History & Philosophy
• Teaching Methodology
• Advancements & Modifications
• Contraindications
• Observation & Practice Teaching
• Teaching Individuals & Groups
