A Behavioral Fitness Workshop:
Sustain The Behavior (food edition) is designed to help you change behaviors that are detracting from the quality and longevity of life you wish to lead.
Get to the root of what is holding you back and empower yourself to change any behavior- from exercise or eating behaviors, to use of drugs or alcohol and more. This edition of Sustain the Behavior will focus on helping participants change behaviors surrounding food choices. You will walk away with an understanding of the patterns of your behavior and strategies to intervene before it's too late.
When we can understand the domino effect and the roots of our behaviors we can begin to experience real and lasting change. As a result, we can be empowered to influence our health and wellbeing with greater awareness and intention. Borrowing from principles in addiction medicine, this workshop is designed to help you improve any behavior that you are struggling to change.
