Angel Island E-Bike Adventure & Picnic

Join Behavioral Fitness for a rejuvenating outdoor adventure on Angel Island! We’ll kick off our day with a scenic ferry ride from Tiburon to the island, where e-bikes await to help us explore the natural beauty of this local treasure. Our route takes us on a relaxed, 5-mile journey around Angel Island, where the assistive power of e-bikes makes it easy to enjoy the ride, even if you haven’t been on a bike in a while.

Along the way, we’ll take in breathtaking views of the San Francisco Bay, Golden Gate Bridge, and city skyline—reminding us of the natural wonders that surround us. We’ll pause at a picturesque spot to enjoy a picnic lunch, connect with fellow adventurers, and soak in the serene atmosphere. This experience is all about slowing down, connecting with nature, and building wellness like a local.

Whether you’re looking to recharge, make new friends, or simply enjoy a day outdoors, this event is the perfect blend of movement, mindfulness, and fun. No prior e-biking experience needed—just bring your sense of adventure!
