Family can be complex and the disruption that can be at play when estrangement is involved must be a talked about topic. It is far to common and the research reveals that it can create a pattern within families. Together we will better understand how this happens, common reasons that are not well known, and how to be better aware of the signs and symptoms of the potential for estrangement to happen in our families and with those we love and care for. It is a topic that we have come to recognize as one of that we cannot, not talk about. Together we can find a better path forward- staying silent will not be the answer to this suffering.
This is part of our Behavioral Fitness Education Series- Monthly rotating hotest topics in the social and behavioral sciences brought to our community by the experts.
