This is part of our Behavioral Fitness Education Series- Monthly rotating hotest topics in the social and behavioral sciences brought to our community by the experts. 

This session will be led by Dr. Allyson Mayo, a Doctor of Behavioral Health and Founder of Behavioral Fitness. She will share the lastest research and some of the best practices that have helped Behavioral Fitness members “build a life they don't need a vacation from”. Learn about “no matter what's” and how simple practices in our day to day can make a difference in our life. 

Behavioral Fitness co-founder Teri DeLaMontanya, a former Emergency Nurse, will share some of her personal experiences downsizing her life to live in an Airstream travel trailer to pave the way for an early retirement. She will share her insights and experiences in facing unresolved grief and trauma and learning that sometimes it's necessary to let go of things from our past in order to make room for the future we wish to create. 

This education session is interactive and there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
