This workshop is an opportunity for you and your partner to practice prenatal yoga together. We will practice movements, yogic breath techniques and mediation that is nurturing and informative for parents-to-be as you prepare for the arrival of your baby. This practice is appropriate for all levels, no experience necessary. Dress comfortably. Bring yoga mats, and water to class.

• Regularly scheduled classes can be canceled up to 12 hours before they begin.
• Workshops and events can be canceled up to 48 hours before they begin.
