Due to the success of our first dance & play time, we're partnering with BollX instructor, Aditi, again to offer you a high-energy cardio workout combining aerobic movements and fast-paced Bollywood dancing from India.  Don't worry-no experience is necessary and it's a fun and supportive environment where we just get moving and enjoy the music!

Don't worry about childcare--you're welcome to bring your little ones to do crafts and activities in our classroom during the class.  They can also join you for the dance class.  Our staff will be on-site to help keep everyone busy so you can focus on your dance moves!
