A German wheel workshop is a session or class where participants can learn and practice the skills and techniques associated with the German wheel, also known as the Rhönrad. The German wheel is a large gymnastics apparatus consisting of two large hoops connected by several rungs, allowing performers to roll, spin, and perform acrobatic movements inside the wheel.

In a German wheel workshop, participants, can learn the basics of using the wheel, including mounting, dismounting, and maintaining balance. They can also learn various tricks, spins, and flips that can be performed inside the wheel.The workshop typically includes warm-up exercises, stretching, and conditioning to prepare the body for the physical demands of using the German wheel. Participants may also learn about safety precautions and proper body alignment to prevent injuries.

If you have taken 3 or more Circus Arts classes with us you may sign up. This equipment requires you to be above 5'3" tall and have a tremendous amount of upper body and core strength.
