The Sun, Moon, Stars, and Infinite Space

These four workshops will align with the solstice and equinox periods of time, intentionally connecting with the seasons and cycles of nature.  Our journey begins with the Autumn Equinox where we honor the sun and the abundant growth and expansion associated with the harvest season.  We move next to the Winter Solstice, where the moon guides us towards introspection, awareness, and manifestation.  Then the earth moves us to the Spring Equinox, where we are encouraged by the stars to embrace positivity, happiness, and renewal.  Our energetic year ends with the Summer Solstice, where we ponder the infinite nature of the universe and boundless potential of the human soul.

All workshops will include gentle and restorative yoga sequences, breathwork, meditation, and the spirit of self-care and gratitude for all that we receive from the seasons and surrounding universe.

Cost is $30/workshop or $100 for all four.
