This workshop is appropriate for all levels.  Level 1 is NOT a prerequisite.  Improve your own practice, but also help deepen your knowledge base with more hands-on assists: directive, stabilizing, and deepening.  We will kick it up a notch by assisting each other in those more challenging postures to include inversions.

Starts at 8am ends 1pm

 What to bring?  --journal and pen  --water bottle  --yoga mat / hand towel / big towel
