Yoga Body Shop believes that Hands-On Assisting and Proper Body Alignment is an Art—it is about creating balance, foundation, presence and growth in yourself and through connecting with others. It is about guidance and insight and allowing the right pose to emerge for everybody. Join us for YBS Assist & Alignment Level 1 Intensive where you will improve your own practice by learning about proper alignment, key aspects of assisting and how to assist using touch.

This one day training (9 hours) will teach you safe and effective hands-on assisting. You will experience principles of alignment with a deepened awareness which will allow you to fully understand any pose.
