Stress can significantly impact multiple systems of the body, affecting our ability to function at our best. In this workshop, your will learn simple, evidence-based, and practical strategies that can be easily integrated into daily life to enhance your body’s response to stress. Some of these strategies will include breathing techniques and yoga poses. So, please wear comfortable clothing in which you can easily move.
This workshop will be led by Dr. Danielle Racioppi, a pelvic physical therapist with 18 years of experience and extensive training in pelvic health. A dedicated yogi for over 15 years, Dr. Racioppi has participated in numerous workshops and training sessions, developing a deep understanding of various breathing techniques, yoga poses, and sequences to help manage stress effectively.
