Course Highlights:
Foundational Poses:
Learn essential yoga poses (asanas) each week with detailed
guidance and modifications to ensure safe and effective
practice.
Breathwork and Meditation:
Discover pranayama (breath control) techniques and enjoy guided
meditations to promote inner calm and enrich your practice.
Mind-Body Connection:
Cultivate awareness of your body and breath, fostering a deeper
connection to yourself and the world around you.
Community Support:
Join a welcoming group of participants, sharing encouragement and
motivation as you embark on your yoga journey together.
This series is perfect if you're brand new to yoga or returning to practice after a long break. Classes are gentle to moderately paced, making them accessible for all fitness levels. Many of our studio members began as complete beginners and are thriving on their yoga journeys. Don't hesitate—our classes are designed to be inclusive, simple and very engaging!
What to Bring or Know:

Bring a non-slip yoga mat.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to stretch and move freely.

Avoid eating a heavy food/meal right before class.

Classes are practiced barefoot.

Arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in.
