A sound bath is a meditative experience where sutdents are enveloped in soothing sounds and vibrations created by crystal singing bowls and chimes.  These sounds are intended to induce deep relaxation, reduce stress, and promote healing by harmonizing the body and mind.  The vibrations help to shift the brain into a meditative state.  Throughout the sound bath, students will be guided through a restorative yoga practice.  Restorative yoga is a slow paced, gentle form of yoga that focuses on relaxation and healing.  The body is support through these long passive holds so that the student can release tension, stress allowing for a complete rest and rejuvenation.  

Bring a yoga mat and water.
