Winter Solstice is the longest day of the year, symbolizing a time of reflection, renewal, and introspection.  It is seen as a turning point where darkness begins to give way to light, making it a powerful time for setting intentions for the coming year.  A cacao ceremony is a ritual that involves drinking cacao (Hot Chocolate) to facilitate deep connection with oneself and others.  Cacao is revered for its heart-opening properties, enhances emotional clarity, creativity and transformation.  When combined, the winter solstice cacao ceremony creates a powerful space for honoring both the natural cycle of the seasons and the inner journey of tranformation.  

Participants can expect meditation, a heart opening yoga practice, a time for introspection and journalling and sharing, along with sound healing and of course enjoying the delicous, pure, and unprocessed cacao.
