Together, we’ll embark on a journey of self-discovery and manifestation through these empowering steps:

Guided Chakra Meditation: We’ll begin the session with a calming and grounding chakra meditation, designed to help you connect with your inner self and gain clarity about your goals and desires. This meditative practice will help you clear blockages and align your energy to make space for your vision to unfold.

Intention Setting and Journaling: Next, we will dive into setting powerful intentions for the year ahead. Through guided prompts, you’ll reflect on your aspirations, write down your goals, and visualize your path forward. This journaling exercise will help you tap into your true desires and bring them into focus.

Creative Vision Board Creation: With your intentions clear, you’ll move on to the fun and creative part—cutting out images, words, and phrases from magazines that resonate with your goals. As you create your vision board, you’ll be visually manifesting your dreams, building a physical representation of your future aspirations.

All supplies, including magazines, scissors, glue, and boards, are provided. Whether you're a seasoned vision board maker or this is your first time, this workshop will offer the guidance and support you need to bring your visions to life.
