Join us for a peaceful evening of yoga and intention setting to welcome the New Year.

We'll begin with a grounding yoga flow and breathwork to connect with our bodies, followed by a guided reflection and intention-setting session. This is a time to thoughtfully reflect on the year past and set meaningful intentions as we move forward into the year ahead.

The space will be gently warmed for comfort. Please bring your usual yoga gear, as well as paper and something to write with to capture your intentions.
