This 45-minute yoga class is a great way to expose your toddler to the yoga environment, while fostering quality time with them. During this class, your toddler will learn yoga poses, breathing techniques, and calming methods, along with other mindfulness skills. And you get to release stress, stretch, and re-charge your batteries!

Children must be accompanied in class by a parent or legal guardian
