Intuitive Movement is a guided experience that invites you to explore spontaneous movement for somatic emotional release. Our bodies store unresolved emotions, stress, and trauma, and through intuitive movement—free from choreography or expectations—you create space for healing, balance, and connection between mind, body, and spirit. This practice helps regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote well-being by allowing your body to lead the way. No experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to listen within.

 It is a great idea to sign up at least the day before our Special Events at Evolve, although if booking is still open on our site please feel free to sign up and come enjoy these wonderful experiences. Please be sure the actual guest is signed up by name to this event. Be sure the birth date is listed in the account - The ages range for this Event are 12 and up. 

Please bring water to stay hydrated through the experience and dress in comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
