: It is a great idea to sign up at least the day before our Special Events at Evolve, although if booking is still open on our site please feel free to sign up and come enjoy these wonderful experiences. Please be sure the actual guest is signed up by name to this event. Be sure the birth date is listed in the account - The ages range for this Event are 16 to 120  . 

We will be using mats, blankets and bolsters on the floor. Feel free to bring anything that makes you feel comfortable. (If you are not comfortable on the floor, we will have chairs available.) Also, please bring your journal and a pen.
